How do the drops work?

At the time of your order you need to specify the drop you'd like. There are deadlines that need to be meant so we can get your orders put together for the drop. If the deadline is missed it will be put on the following week.  

Are you grass fed?

Yes and No. Our animals are allowed to graze as long as there is grass to eat. They are supplemented with grain when they are being pushed to finish for their butcher dates.

What grain do you feed?

The grain is a corn based feed. We create the grain mix ourselves and the rations are created specific for each animal. 

What are your hours?

In an attempt to serve our customers we do not run traditional set hours of business. Because we are a family operated ranch there are times that we cannot safely answer the phone or cannot write down orders and we ask you to leave a message for us to get back to you through voicemail, text, or email. We are fully committed to getting back to you as soon as we can. If there is are times that you do not want a call back let us know or if you prefer messages to a call let us know.

What make your beef better than any other ranch?

We specialize in Tarentaise Cattle and Tarentaise influenced cattle. The breed is known as a lean breed that still marbles well. The breed has a natural flavor of its own that no other breed can mimic. We also take the time and effort to evaluate the animals to make sure that you are receiving the best we have to offer. If you are still unsure we recommend trying a few packages before you purchase large quantities.
