Marinade Suggestions

Whole Milk

Add enough whole milk to cover the piece of meat. You can add other seasonings that you like to flavor your meat with. Marinade for 8-24 hours for best results.

Pop

Choose a pop (coke, pepsi, sprite, ect...)  you like:

Add enough Pop to cover the piece of meat. You can add other seasonings that you like to flavor your meat with. Each pop has its own flavoring so anticipate that flavoring when you are adding seasonings.  Marinade for 8-24 hours for best results.

Worcestershire Sause/ Pop

Add enough Worcestershire Sause to cover the piece of meat. You can add other seasonings that you like to flavor your meat with. Marinade for 8-24 hours for best results.

Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar

Add enough Vinegar to cover the piece of meat. You can add other seasonings that you like to flavor your meat with. Marinade for 8-24 hours for best results.

Binder Suggestions

Mustered

This is a good binder to start with 

Mayonnaise

We have found that this binder helps with keeping the moist

Worcestershire Sause

Add just enough to help the seasons to stick to the meat

Butter 

For those that love the taste of butter this does work

Technique Suggestions

Injections

This is done to help with the marination's to be tasted to the middle of the meat.

Puncture

This helps tenderize the meat and helps seasonings to get pulled into the meat. You can use forks or knives to accomplish this effectively.

Hammering

This is commonly used to help tenderize meat.
