Add the last 3 cups of chopped cabbage on top of the last of the hamburger.

Pre-Heat bake oven 350 degrees

Take the tomato paste and scoop it out into a mixing pan/bowl. Add 3 cans of warm water in the bowl and mix the tomato paste and water fully together. The mixture should look like tomato soup with 1 can of water. Once mixed add chili powder to taste. Pour tomato mixture on top of the cabbage in the 9x13 pan.

Place the pan in the oven for ½ hour then pull out and stir cabbage, Hamburger, and tomato paste together. Taste mixture and add chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper as needed. Put back into the oven for another ½ hour.

While the mixture is in the oven, put enough cheese to cover the top layer of the pan (or if you have cheese already graded, use it). When the casserole is done pull it out of the oven.
